The Lithgow tour is a drive along ridge tops with expansive views into valleys on the western side of the Blue Mountains.  The drive also takes us through the rock cuttings of an old train line used to move shale many years ago.  The road may end, but we keep going on foot for an easy walk to the glowworm tunnel.  After a lunch break and short drive we walk into one of the hidden gems of this area, known as Deep Pass.  This is a walk in the hidden valley which leads to an amazing rainforest canyon, where we explore the fern covered walls, rockpools and waterfalls in natures own hideaway.
